Frequently Asked Questions

What things should I test?

Please focus especially on these critical areas:

  • Sign In / Sign Out: Test logging in and out multiple times, switching accounts
  • Data Saving: Verify that your data persists after closing and reopening the app
  • Account Management: Try deleting and recreating accounts
  • In-Game Stat Tracking: Record live stats during games, test all tracking features

Also test all general features:

  • Roster Management: Creating teams, adding players, setting roles and experience levels
  • Tournament Creation: Setting up tournaments, managing games and schedules
  • Statistical Reports: Viewing team and player statistics across games
  • User Interface: Navigation, button placement, readability, and overall design
  • Performance: App speed, loading times, and responsiveness

What should I do if the app freezes?

Known Issues:

We are currently aware of two specific freezing bugs:

  • The app may freeze after logging out and logging back in
  • The app may become unresponsive when creating the first player in a roster

Solution: Close and reopen the app to fix these issues.

If the app freezes:

  1. Force close the app: Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-click the home button) and swipe the UltiLines app away
  2. Reopen the app: Your data should be saved automatically and the app should work normally

Please Contact Support If:

  • You encounter freezing anywhere else in the app besides the two known issues above
  • The bug continues after closing and reopening the app
  • You experience any other unexpected behavior

  • What you were doing when the freeze occurred
  • Your device model and iOS version
  • Screenshots if possible
